About Our Quality Assurance at Leisure Activities® Inflatable

Our quality assurance process is integrated throughout our manufacturing operations, from receiving raw materials to final container loading.

A dedicated team of over 5 Quality Assurance Inspectors monitors production across the factory for more than 500 different products. Reporting directly to the General Manager, they have the full authority to halt production at any time to ensure standards are met .

The core duties of our QA department include:

Raw Material Inspection: Verifying that all incoming materials meet ordered specifications before acceptance .

Cutting & Sewing Oversight: Ensuring accuracy in cutting patterns, color matching, and quantities in the Cutting Department, and verifying that all sewn seams meet precise specifications in the Peripheral Sewing Department.

In-Process Inspections: Conducting roving inspections across all production stages—including gluing, welding, printing, and packaging—to identify and address potential issues proactively .

Employee Training: Administering training programs for new employees to ensure understanding and adherence to our company's high standards .
