Which tarpaulin material is more suitable for long-term outdoor use?

PVC scraper cloth is the most suitable inflatable castle tarpaulin material for long-term outdoor use, followed by thick gauge PVC mesh cloth. The specific reasons and comparison are as follows:

The core first choice: PVC knife scraper cloth is an upgraded version of PVC mesh cloth. During production, the PVC coating is evenly scraped onto the high-density polyester fiber grid base with a scraper. The coating has a higher degree of bonding with the fiber and the thickness error is extremely small.

Outdoor adaptation advantages:

The tear resistance is more than 30% higher than ordinary PVC mesh cloth, and it can resist scratches from outdoor branches and the pulling of players.

Added anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging additives, it is not easy to fade and the coating is not easy to fall off when exposed to the sun for a long time, and its weather resistance is far superior to other materials.

It has excellent waterproof properties and is not prone to water seepage and mildew after use in rainy days. It is also resistant to high and low temperatures (stable flexibility within the range of -10°C to 60°C) and is not easily brittle at low temperatures.

Applicable scenarios: large outdoor inflatable castles, water inflatable parks, and commercial inflatable facilities that are fixed for a long time.
